A must visit event every year, the Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar is back again! :D
You can read my blogpost LAST YEAR on Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar 2016 here:
This year, it was a really last minute decision, and I was there with Peishi, Noah & Sean! ^~^
Noah was just really not into it (I mean, look at his face -.-) the whole time whereas Peishi and I were like excited tourists trying everything although we had steamboat earlier that day and were beyond stuffed!
As expected every year, a ton of colourful and insta-worthy treats! ^~^
Although some may not taste very nice, our cameras were satisfied enough!
And after all, they're all really fun treats to try & people put in a lot of effort to make them :D
Saw this shop selling these HUUUUUGE looking Octopus balls and I was like I NEED IT!
Bought 3 in the end to share with Peishi, cause both Sean and Noah don't take octopus.
Their staff were all so steady and fun, they immediately posed when they saw me taking photos of them xD
VERY FILLING AND SHIOK HAHAH!
Met so many familiar faces at the Ramadan Bazaar, Sean met his secondary school discipline master, we found our friend who used to work at Boufe, Noah bumped into his friend who has a booth there, Peishi bumped into her fans,
and I bumped into people HAHAH
It wasn't as crowded as the past years maybe because it was pouring yesterday, and the bazaar just started so not many people knew about it yet!
Thankful to the lovely people at Milk Bites for these Fried Milk!
It comes in several interesting flavours, and it's really good for people who want a sweet indulgence!
First of its kind in Singapore, you can find them at booth 75 :)
So many other interesting booths with psychedelic looking drinks like Unicorn blood, Mermaid Tears, Cosmic drinks etc!
And we bumped into Noah's fan who brought along his superrrrrr adorable Pomeranian called...... FRENCH FRY!!!!!
OMG SOOOOOOOO CUTE we just stood there for 10 minutes gushing and admiring French Fry T~T
This Rainbow Beef Burger is damn good imo!
Juicy & flavourful.
Last year I had a Rainbow Bagel but it's the sweet kind, but because it's savory this year, even Sean loves it! :P
And then I spotted some smoke going on at the Dragon Breath's stall, and I went over to pose for a photo with my half bitten Rainbow Burger hahaha!
KEBABS ARE A MUST-HAVE, OBVIOUSLY~~
When we were there yesterday, most of the game stalls weren't set up yet.
But we had enough fun with these 3 stalls haha!
We won this really legit looking build-it-yourself Lego inspired gun that actually shoots bullets :O
Will post more about it on my IG soon hahah!
The vendors were really nice, please show them lots of support!
$4 per game only, not too bad :D
We saw The Raclette Factory that has the Raclette cheese everyone is excited about, but by the time we saw their booth we were too full so we didn't get to try it :(
Instead, just walk up a little bit and you will see this super nice alley for you to take photos!!! :D
I love the Geylang Serai Ramadan Bazaar for being so fun every year! ^~^
To all our Muslim friends, may you have a blessed Ramadan! :D
